Terms & Conditions for promotion codes

• Must be redeemed online and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
• You must be 18 years of age to use a promo code.
• Not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Promo codes that offer money off, for example a percentage discount, can be applied to all standard priced retail orders made online, but may not combined with any other promo code or free shipping offer.
• Are available to use many times as you like within the offer period.
• Cannot be applied to any orders containing products priced for trade and promotional.
• Are sharable, friends and family may wish to take advantage of an offer you have received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse to apply the discount due to unauthorised or ineligible use. In such cases we may cancel your order and refund your money.
• Cannot be applied to any orders placed on behalf of a customer.
• Promo codes that offer money off, for example a percentage discount, are in addition quantity discounts, up to a maximum 20% decrease from the original, single net retail price.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promo code for any reason we deem necessary.
• Refunds for orders with a promo code will not include the value of the promo code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the order.

If you receive a discount code entitling you to a special offer like money off or free delivery, you can activate it easily:

1. Add the items you want to buy to your basket.
2. Visit your basket.
3. Go to Checkout.
4. Click "Show Order Summary" and enter your code.
5. Click or tap to apply.
