Shipping Terms
All items are generally sent via DPD, UPS or Royal Mail. In most cases - DPD or Royal Mail - a signature will be required, so please ensure someone is in to sign at the time of delivery (or a 'leave safe' instruction left).
UPS & DPD deliver Monday-Friday.
We dispatch Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated.
Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays*.
We currently deliver to UK Mainland & Parts of Europe. Allow extra time for deliveries to Northern Ireland & Europe. Delivery Charges may very time to time.

Europe Delivery
UPS generally used for Delivery prices vary from £5.99 to £24.99 depending where you are in Europe prices are quoted weight up to 20kg. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, If the shipping cost are more then quoted at checkout we will update the customer require additional payment before shipping your order. |
Full tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your order.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the specified time, please allow an extra 3 working days to arrive (in case of any delays), however if it still hasn't arrived within this time then follow the procedure below:
E-mail (contact us) with the date you placed the order, order number and full delivery address.
We will track your order and see what has happened which can take up to 2 working days as we may have to wait on call backs from the courier company.
We will then contact you once we know what has went wrong and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If delivery of your parcel is not accepted or refused and returned to the sender our policy is to give the customer the opportunity to purchase shipping again so we can resend the order, we do not give refunds on unaccepted deliveries that are returned to sender.
Leaving Items in a Safe Place
Please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk and neither Navtrex Nutrition nor the courier company can be held responsible for any problems that may arise from doing so.
International Shipping – if you are ordering from outside the UK/EU its best to contact us via the email section requesting what items you would like to order, so we can get a quote for up-to-date cost-effective shipping prices.
